| Strong Encryption (128-bit) |

| All data sent to and from Citibank is "scrambled" and "re-assembled" between Citibank and your personal computer to protect your personal and financial information. The highest level of encryption generally available today (128-bit) means there are two to the power of 128 possible combinations of "keys", but only one that will "unlock" the information. |

| Personal Password |
|
| Password is required every time you log on to Citibank Online and access your e-Statement, always keep it confidential and change
passwords that may have been compromised. Citibank staff will also never ask for your Citibank Online user ID and password. |

|
|

| Automatic Time-Out |
|
| Citibank will terminate your secure Citibank Online session after a specified period of inactivity - 4 minutes for Banking and 15 minutes for Securities Services. This prevents the unauthorized use of your session by anyone else. |
