Add Citibank's email address onto your contact list or address book To ensure delivery of your e-Statement Service emails, please keep your registered email account valid and allow sufficient storage capacity at all times. We also recommend you to add eStatementhk@citi.com to your contact list to avoid potential spam filtering. Note: This email address (eStatementhk@citi.com) is specifically for receiving e-Statement purpose and will NOT be used to send out marketing materials. FAQ 1. What is e-Statement? e-Statement is an electronic version of your paper statement. There are 2 types of e-Statement service available. With e-Statement Delivery Service, you can receive e-Statement directly at your registered email address in encrypted PDF format. While with e-Statement Reminder Service, you can receive an email notification at your registered email address when new e-Statement is available at Citibank Online. 2. Why I cannot view my e-Statements with default password? Effective from Sept 11, 2011, a new default password format will be applied. If you have not defined your own password, please follow below steps to check the new password format: 1. Log on to Citibank Online 2. Select "Account Services" 3. Select "View e-Statements" For security reasons, we recommend you to define your own password. 3. What accounts will I be able to receive e-Statements for? All Banking accounts. All credit cards, Diners Club cards & ready credit accounts All mortgage accounts Citigold Portfolio Review Report (Applicable for Citigold customers only) 4. Is there a fee for using the e-Statement Service? No, e-Statement is a free service to all Citibank customers. 5. How will I know if my enrollment has been confirmed? A welcome message will be sent to your registered email address after successful enrollment of the service. 6. When will I receive the e-Statement? And how long will my e-Statement be available for viewing at Citibank Online? e-Statement Delivery/Reminder email will be sent within 2 business days after the Statement Date. And depending on the types of accounts that you are enrolling with e-Statement service, certain account statements would be sent on monthly, quarterly or annually basis. Each type of e-Statement account will be archived at Citibank Online within the most recent 12 months. Customer should contact us if there is any delay or problem on receiving the emails from us. 7. Will I continue to receive paper statements? Upon e-Statement service enrollment, paper statement(s) will be stopped mailing to you after the next statement date; while customers can maintain your statement types and combination of e-Statements accounts at Citibank Online. E.g. You may choose to select paper statement for All Banking accounts and e-Statement for All credit cards, Diners Club cards & ready credit accounts. Note: Should we have amendment on the terms and conditions of our services and products, the related amendments would be sent to you through mail and / or email accordingly. 8. How to cancel/de-enroll e-Statement Reminder/Delivery Service? You can maintain your statement types and combination of e-Statements accounts at Citibank Online. Please log on to Citibank Online, go to [Account Services], choose [Change e-Statement Enrollment Details], and select [Edit Enrollment] to edit your enrollment details. Note: After e-Statement Service cancellation, any communication, including paper form of all monthly statement of account(s) would be directed to your registered correspondence address accordingly. 9. Do I need to enroll again if I have applied a new credit card/banking account? No. e-Statement Service will be applicable to ALL your banking and credit card account(s) now and open in the future with Citibank and/or Diners Club International (Hong Kong) Limited. 10. How come I did not receive any confirmation/Welcome emails after enrollment? How come the email dropped under my spam folder? Please ensure your registered email address has sufficient capacity at all times and adding Citibank's email address (eStatementhk@citi.com) to your contact list to avoid potential spam filtering. 11.
