General Terms and Conditions
1. Unless otherwise specified, the promotion is valid every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from March 1 to July 31, 2012 (“Promotion Period”).
2. Unless otherwise specified, the offers only apply to cardholders ("Cardholders") of Citibank Credit Cards, Citibank Cobrand Cards or Citibank Business Card issued by Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited (“Citibank”) (“Eligible Cards').
3. Cardholders are required to settle payments with Eligible Cards in order to enjoy offers.
4. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other special promotion, discounts or promotional coupons, nor be transferred or exchanged for other offers.
5. The Promotion is solely for consumer use. Split transactions will not be accepted. In case there is any abuse/misuse of the Eligible Cards, Citibank reserves the absolute right to charge the equivalent value of spending rebate from the credit card account, forfeit the Cardholder's eligibility to be entitled to the offers, and/or suspend the credit card account for investigation without prior notice.
6. Availability of the offers is subject to product or service availability, credit card account status checking and final acceptance by Citibank and the respective merchants' absolute discretion.
7. Citibank shall not be responsible for any matters in relation to the related products or services. The merchants are solely responsible for all obligations and liabilities relating to such products or services and all auxiliary services.
8. Citibank and the merchants reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions without prior notice.
9. All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of Citibank and the merchants.
10. In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
"Up to 12% Supermarket Spending Rebate" Terms and Conditions
11. To be eligible for Up to 12% Supermarket Spending Rebate ("Promotion"), Cardholders are required to register via the 24-hour registration hotline 8226 6880 or online registration homepage www.citibank.com.hk/supermarket between 12:00 noon of March 1, 2012 and 11:59pm of July 31, 2012 ("Registration Period"). Each Eligible Card is required to register separately to participate in the Promotion regardless of whether the cardholder has registered for the previous supermarket cash voucher promotions.
12. Wellcome Supermarket ("Wellcome") – During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are entitled to receive spending rebate per single transaction (as defined in Clause 16) of HK$500 or above made at the outlets of Wellcome in Hong Kong SAR or via Wellcome Delivers at www.wellcome.com.hk by accumulating designated monthly local retail purchase on an Eligible Card (as defined in Clause 15) as below.

13. Market Place by Jasons / ThreeSixty / Oliver's The Delicatessen ("Designated Merchants") – During the Promotion Period, Cardholders are entitled to receive spending rebate per single transaction (as defined in Clause 16) of HK$800 or above made at the outlets of Designated Merchants in Hong Kong SAR or via Market Place by Jasons your lifestyle e-supermarket at www.marketplacebyjasons.com by accumulating designated monthly local retail purchase on an Eligible Card (as defined in Clause 15) as below.

14. The calculation of "Up to 12% Spending Rebate" is based on the single transaction of HK$500 made at Wellcome to receive HK$60 spending rebate and single transaction of HK$800 made at Designated Merchants to receive HK$100 spending rebate respectively.
15. Monthly accumulative local retail purchaseincludes (i) all posted local retail purchase with original merchant sales receipts and credit card sales slips (ii) billed monthly installment of interest free installment plan (iii) online purchase via Wellcome Delivers at www.wellcome.com.hk or via Market Place by Jasons your lifestyle e-supermarket at www.marketplacebyjasons.com made with an Eligible Card during the Promotion Period. Transactions not eligible for this Promotion include (but not limited to) cash advance, traveler's checks, balance transfers, cash from "Dial-a-Check" program, tax payment, bank fees & charges (annual fee, finance charges, late charges, cash advance fees and other fees and charges), Octopus Automatic Add Value Service amount, mail / fax / phone order / other online transactions, utilities bill, insurance payment, casino transactions, transaction without original merchant sales receipts or credit card sales slips. Any unposted/cancelled/refunded/falsified and unauthorized transactions are also excluded.
16. Single transactionrefers to the final amount payable after deducting the value of any gift vouchers or other discounts used when making the purchase. The environmental levy imposed by the Hong Kong Government is excluded from the single transaction.
17. Transaction made by the Principal and Supplementary Cardholders of an Eligible Card will be counted collectively. The applicable spending rebate of Supplementary Cardholders will be automatically credited to the Principal credit card account.
18. Cardholders must keep all original printed merchant sales receipts and credit card sales slips in good shape, and maintain valid credit card accounts with good credit record during the Promotion Period, Citibank reserves the right to forfeit spending rebate without prior notice.
19. Spending rebate will be credited to the respective Cardholders' Eligible Card accounts in two phases and shown on the statement:
